  This was my granddaughters first concert and it was fun and exciting for me and her! Lay Lay is simply a beautiful and talented artist and very entertaining for all ages. We had meet and greet tickets and will never forget this amazing performance.

  Talent show

  The opening act felt like an hour and half long kids talent show. Lay Lay came out around 845 and was done by 915. Wish she had more energy and interacted with the audience more. She seemed like she was hot and just going through the motion of performing. Overall, my daughter did like the show and just had a ball hearing all her favorite songs and being at her first concert. I would also not recommend the floor seats, all the kids rushed the stage making it harder for others to see. Security cleared it out a couple of times but they just kept going back.

  It honestly felt like she didn't want to do the show. It was originally only one opener planned instead it was like 12 - 15 different random and unorganized acts on stage. From grown men just dancing to kids just on the stage doing anything. Every thing felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. Children were sitting in their seats waiting 2 hours for her to come out. Only for her to give an lack luster 25 minute performance. She was dressed like she just came from outside did a few songs then a random free style performed 2 more songs then got off the stage. It was extremely disappointing for the children who had been waiting hours to see her. Will never buy a ticket to her show again. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back for such a giant waste of time.

  Daughter’s first concert and we had a ball! The Roxy was very clean neat and very intimate. Lay lay made our day!

  My daughter had surgery and as a single mother of three, I scraped every penny possible so my 7 year old could go to her first concert, in a "big"city (an hour away from where we live) and to see her favorite girl LIVE. First problem was she was an hour and a half late then only performed with two people for MAYBE 30 minutes. I was lucky growing up to have been to concerts a lot and i couldnt even come up with excuses to my child. I didnt even have enough for her to eat or drink there. Little kids were chanting her name, dancing but also getting anxious and hard to stay seated etc. I felt so bad for my daughter only seeing her for suvh a short time, barley even seeing her from our seat and how she barely "performed."So i spent all I had left to get her merch from That Girl Lay Lay. She was so sad and disappointed. Ive never seen so many sad children leaving a concert. It was very unprofessional and I was going to take my oldeszt daughter for her 18th bday to another concert but now I dont know if I can afford another heartreak like this. It was so hard to get there get a seat and then watch my daughters dream face turn so sad. Just please try and do better or give drinks or shirts or upgrades as there were so many empty seats. ANYTHING so the ones that struggle and rely on you guys can do things for our children. Thank you for hopefully listening. xo- Laurel Dubs

  My 6 year old is a huge fan! We had a great time! I’m so proud these kids have someone to look up to these days and someone that looks like them!! We Support this heavily! That Girl Lay Lay and all the opening guests definitely put on a show! 🫶🏾

  Show was very lengthy for kids. My daughter had to wait a hour and 15 minutes to finally see lay lay and that’s personally to long. Also the people she had performed before her should have at least been know artists that all the kids know because the kids was cricket silent until they had to sang someone else’s songs. The presents of the stage was not up to standards they had workers with Walky talkies that was at random and then the people backstage had fold out chairs they was sitting in that where definitely seen.

  The show started at 7. Lay Lay came out at 8:30 and perform for only 30 minutes. She did music that the kids didn’t know. I wish the show would have explained the layout. The tickets wasn’t worth the money I spent. They had performance that was too grown for the age group. I didn’t enjoy the show and it was a waste of time.

  The show didn’t start on time.Opening acts were longer than the set. Lay Lay was on stage for 30min. The microphones were horrible at the Charlotte show and it felt muffled and couldn’t hear. For the price point of the ticket, the value wasn’t there but to see a smile on your child’s face, that’s priceless.
