Cancellation Policy: A 1-day fee will be charged  for cancellations that are made less than 7 days prior to reserved arrival date.  Cancellation of a reservation made more than 6 months prior to the reserved arrival date, require a 60 day prior notice to avoid a one day fee charge. Changes made to reduce the length of stay of a confirmed reservation will have imposed any increase in rates that have occurred since the reservation was made.  No notification of cancellation and  No- show for a confirmed reservation  will be charged the full reservation amount.  Credit Card guarantee of payment required at time of reservation.  No deposit required.

  • Reservations are confirmed with a credit card guarantee. No deposit is required.  Payment is taken at check out.  An e-mail will be sent verifying confirmation.

  • 5% Discount for payment in cash or check

  • Check-in time between 1:00 PM and 10 PM.

  • Earlier check-ins (if available) or later arrivals may be accommodated by prior arrangement.  

  • Check out time is 11:00 AM

  • Smoking allowed outside only.

  • Children over 10 years old accepted

  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted.

  • $20 Surcharge per night for third person in room .

  • We cannot accommodate pets. 

  • No minimum stay required except on some holidays, graduation and October weekends.

  • Wireless Broadband Internet available in all rooms and common areas. 

  • Desktop Computer/Internet available in common area. 

  • All guest rooms have hair dryers, ironing board, irons, extra blankets.

  • All guest rooms have individual thermostats for heating and A/C.

  • Rates are higher for graduation weekends and weekends in October.

Corporate Rates available to qualified business guests.

    *Corporate rates are for single occupancy, based on regular rates per room discounted by 20% May 1 through October 31; and 30% November 1 through April 30th.   Business Guests who wish to share a room will be charged the regular rate for the room reserved. 

    *Corporate rates on weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.  There is no minimum stay required on weekdays, Sunday through Thursday. 

    *Corporate rates are not available on holidays and graduation weekends (last 2 weekends in May).
